Children in Need Fundraiser - Zumba
Due to it being Children in Need this Friday (17th November) , some sixth formers and I decided it would be a good idea to set up a fundraising event. As I attend Zumba twice a week, we decided that it would be a fun way to get the whole college involved in a heart-pumping activity to raise money. The event took place at lunchtime, and the turnout was amazing. Some of the songs we danced to included tippy toe, konsey and shake it up. I loved teaching the younger years some new moves as they laughed at their friends and themselves, as they corrected the mistakes they had made. It was so great to see so many faces smiling and coming together to dance for a good cause.
