We host a range of events throughout the year, including:

• Sixth Form open evening – Held each autumn, this is our main showcase event for prospective students and their families
• Taster days – Experience a day in the life of a Sixth Form student by attending sample lessons and meeting staff
• Campus tours – Smaller, guided tours available by appointment for those who can’t attend our main events

What to expect

Our open events are designed to give you a real insight into our Sixth Form provision. During your visit, you’ll have the chance to:

• Tour our dedicated Sixth Form Centre, including study areas, social spaces, and specialist facilities
• Meet our subject teachers and learn more about the courses we offer
• Speak with current Sixth Form students about their experiences and what life is really like at Collingwood
• Attend talks from senior staff about our curriculum, enrichment opportunities, and support services
• Ask questions about the application process, entry requirements, and how we help students prepare for university, apprenticeships, or employment
